Robert Ernst Dickhoff, also known as Sungma Tenzing (Red) Lama, was a German-born American Buddhist author and saucerian, founder of the American Buddhist Society and Fellowship, Inc. and the Buddhist UFO Research Center. Dickhoff is most well-known for his book Agharta: The Subterranean World, in which he details the story of a Venusian-reptilian occupation of the ancient underground city of Agharta (beneath the Yarlung Tsangpo Valley of Tibet), and how the city was liberated in 1948 by a Martian-human alliance.
