The text is composed in twelve on fourteen point Monotype Walbaum 374 and printed from the type by Clarke & Way, New York, according to the typographic design of Richard Hendel. A special permanent laid paper bearing the Society's watermark was manufactured for this book by Monadnock Paper Mills, New Hampshire. The biding is by the J. F. Tapley Company, New Jersey. Stow Wengenroth's original lithograph on stone was printed by George C. Miller & Son, Inc. New York. This copy is 485 signed by James Franklin Beard. Item #2242
