The text is composed in twelve on fourteen point Monotype Walbaum 374 and printed from the type by Clarke & Way, New York, according to the typographic design of Richard Hendel. A special permanent laid paper bearing the Society's watermark was manufactured for this book by Monadnock Paper Mills, New Hampshire. The biding is by the J. F. Tapley Company, New Jersey.
